Terms and Conditions: (Purchase of this voucher implies acceptance of Terms and Conditions as detailed below)

• The Exclusive Gift vouchers (GV) shall be accepted by any affiliate establishment whose name appears in the list of affiliate Establishment displayed on Sodexho India website.
• The GVs can be used by the user only for buying the gift articles or services or products sold by the affiliated establishment.
• The GVs under no circumstances can be exchanged for cash.
• Likewise, if the value of the gift articles purchased by the user is less than the value of the Gift Voucher given to the affiliated establishment, the affiliated establishment shall not give cash for the balance amount to the user or to the customer.
• The GV under no circumstances can be encashed.
• The gift Voucher will be valid till the validity date printed on each voucher.
• If the customer or the User loses the GV or the validity of the same expires, SPSI shall not be liable to replace such Gift Voucher.
• SPSI will act as a coordinate agent between the customer and the Affiliated Establishment and all payments made by SPSI to the affiliated establishment (on reimbursement of GVs) will constitute a valid discharge of Customers obligation to pay directly to the store or shop selling gift articles, products, services to the employees/ business associate.
• The Affiliated Establishment shall be solely responsible with regards to the quality of the Gift Articles, products, services sold to the user.
• SPSI does not take any responsibility for any loss, damage or injury suffered or caused to the User by the affiliated establishment in connection with the arrangement covered herein.
• Notwithstanding this, the customer shall indemnify SPSI against loss, damages, claims, demand made against SPSI by any User for any reason whatsoever arising out of the use of the Gift Vouchers.
• In case of any dispute between the parties on the interpretation or implementation of this agreement, the appropriate Court in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
